Payments of any product/service agreed should be made by bank transfer to the following account:

All costs of the transfer are to be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
For each issued invoice, the customer must make a bank transfer even if the invoice refers to a part of a product or service. This may occur because of the conditions proposed to the customer.
For every transfer made by the customer, a probative receipt will be issued. It should be noted, only one receipt will be emitted by invoice, so if a partial payment by the customer is made, the receipt will only be delivered when the entire bill is settled.

The purchase of products or services by a customer implies the acceptance of a proposal. For now, every purchase necessarily requires a budget which is governed by the General Conditions of the Proposal, presented in the Terms and Conditions. We recommend, therefore, a careful reading of those and only place orders if you agree with them.
Prices available on both the proposals as well as on the website are without VAT and they can be changed without notice. However, in the event of any error, the customer will be contacted in advance.
It may not be possible when ordering or buying, the availability in stock of the desired amounts of some articles.
However, we ensure that all commitments made to the customers are provided as long as there is confirmation from EASYSENSING, that their implementation is possible.
In some cases, the images displayed on the site may not exactly match the reality of the article, and it’s merely a placed illustration for guidance.
Warranties, Returns and Repairs
The warranties of equipment, will always work according to the conditions set by the manufacturer. It should be noted that most products are totally open components or platforms. Thus the customer should be extra careful because the warranty may end as soon as the component reaches your hands. Complaints should be exposed immediately after receiving the products.
The software has a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, excluding reasons related to the evolution of operating systems, evolution of the original software packages, changes to API of availability of data and hardware where they are used.
When the warranty periods are over, EASYSENSING reserves the right to charge a fee of service in order to cover inspection costs/labor (not including shipping costs).
The warranties do not cover:
- The shipping cost of the defective material
- Damage caused by misuse or abuse.
- Damage caused by transport out of the original packaging.
- Damage caused by poor protection of the equipment.
- Equipment opened by foreign entities to EASYSENSING.
- Equipment which have undergone repair attempts, or even repairs, outside of our assistance services.
The deadline for returning goods is 5 business days after purchase, and you can do it as long as:
Returned in the same condition in which it was sold, with original box/packaging, installation cd and respective manuals.
Only the value of the product will be refunded, shipping costs are at the customer’s own risk.
Electronic components (p. ex. integrated circuits), where it is not possible to verify it’s correct operation, cannot be returned for obvious reasons.
If the customer for any reason, wants to return the merchandize, EASYSENSING may accept such request. In this case, after the due return authorization, EASYSENSING shall issue a Credit Note of value equal to the sale that the customer may deduct on future purchases. The shipping costs to EASYSENSING will be borne by the customer.
We also inform that we will refuse any return of equipment that comes in without previous permission from our services. It is thus indispensable prior contact allowing the creation of an authorization code, which should be referenced in the expedition to our services.
Returns will only be accepted within 5 working days, if duly justified and provided that the product is complete (box, manuals, cables, accessories, etc.) without having been used and in perfect condition and operation.
In case of damage, the object of complaint will be sent to the respective support service, where it will be tested, and after confirmation of the malfunction, it will be repaired or replaced. If any of the conditions relating to the warranty and return are detected, the repair will be charged, in case of need, as well as all transport costs necessary.
