A budget has a general part and a specific part. The specific part depends of the product/service/solution budget requested and overlaps the general conditions. The general conditions are applied always when no particular condition is presented.
This condition are only written in English and Portuguese language.

Terms and Conditions
General Conditions of the Proposal
Below we present the general conditions. By accepting the proposal, or part of it, the customer is accepting the described general conditions.
EASYSENSING is not responsible for any computing system other than the systems directly implemented by it.
EASYSENSING owns each and every product and/or service until after the customer's payment.
EASYSENSING is not responsible for possible damage caused by others or by any event not directly associated to its will or unrelated to the activity that it is developing.
The customer is responsible for providing EASYSENSING, all documentation, information and access to any and all structures necessary to enable it to meet the objectives of the proposal.
The customer is responsible for conducting the due diligence to resolve any required authorization detected and not considered in the proposal.
If EASYSENSING provides services, it has the responsabily, in case it detects problems not directly related to the service to be provided and that can be in its area of action, to report that fact to the customer, presenting a solution and the associated costs.
The equipments have the same warranty has that of the original vendor. The warranty regulation follows the European legislation on the subject.
All services implemented by EASYSENSING, must be validated by the applicant company. This validation must be performed on the last day of assembly or in days to be agreed between the parties. Once the validation is finalized, technical support or possible malfunctions have the costs presented in Technical Support.
Technical support can be provided by our team sporadically or through a maintenance contract. In the case of the latter option this point is only applied if the maintenance contract so mentions it.
Tecnical support costs are the travel costs and the hourly costs of the services to be provided. Any additional material whose cost exceeds 5 €, including VAT, is the sole responsibility of the client. Travel costs are explained in more detail in the section Travel Costs.
The cost of each hour of technical intervention involving physical presence on site is 50 € and it is calculated from the exact moment that the technician leaves the company premises or starts the service.
In the case of remote technical support, without physical presence on site and in the previous condition, the value is 30 €.
Controlling this departure can be performed by the customer through a web platform where the technician(s) that will perform the support must specify the departure time.
The values presented here are for technical support provided during the weekly period and working hours.
Other type of technical support, involving night period, weekends and holidays, must be included in its own proposal between the parties.
Still, if in a dire need it is required, and after evaluation by EASYSENSING, the hourly value will be 100 €, if physical presence on site is required.
In the case of remote technical support, without physical presence on site and in the previous condition, the value is 50 €.
Travel costs are imputed to customers in the specific cases of technical support that are farther than 30 km from the company's headquarters.
The costs associated with the travels are 0.36 €/km with the number of km and the route to be used having to comply with the following conditions:
Shortest distance to the destination
Use of the maximum number of highways in order to recude the travel cost.
For products shipped to the customer, the customer must use the shipping methods provided by our company, unless otherwise agreed between the parties. These costs are always the customer's responsibility.
Proposal Expiry Date:
This budget is valid for 60 days from the date of issue.
Terms of Payment:
Except if any references to Special Conditions of Payment, in the Particular Conditions of the Proposal, payment shall be made as follows:
Products: 50 %% in the acceptance of the final proposal and 50% in the delivery of the goods
Services: 50 %% at the beginning of the service and 50% at the end of the service validated by the customer
In both cases the final payment may not exceed 30 (thirty) days from the invoice issuing day, except in cases that may be established in the Special Conditions of Payment which may appear in the Particular Conditions of the Proposal.
To all prices must be added the current VAT unless the price displayed mentions that the VAT is already included.
EASYSENSING company is a adherent company to the Alternative Conflicts Resolution For Consumption through Consumption Arbitration Centre of the Algarve. Any conflict can be resolved through this entity.
